Since he lives in Arizona I don't think the Windshield Washer Solvent is formulated like it is here in the North to keep from freezing. Had he tried to drink cold climate washer solvent I am pretty sure he would be dead.

None the less, can you imagine how thursty one be to consider drinking Washer Solvent?
