I count about 21 people, yet out of everyone there Obama felt the need to wave?

I think he might be back to smoking the reefer, that or he had a bad dinner the night before at The Mongolian BBQ. LOL

Any sober person would HAVE to know that by waving it would cover up the face of the guy next to him.

How do you get a one armed Obama out of a tree? Wave to him! LOL
