Seems everything Obama is doing from his health care law to gay marriage is later found unconstitutional. I guess this explains why Obama had his school records sealed! He must have failed Constitutional law at Harvard! Now we got the Democratic N.Y. Mayor trying to tell people how big of a soda they can buy? HA!
