Maybe it's nothing more than an inspection to make sure that the USA hasn't over-stepped the agreement made in the '80's like the Russians themselves have...Could the Russians even be thinking of a combined effort to nuke North Korea, & they're just making sure that the missiles will be able to go-the-distance...?

Well at least Obama kept his promise on "transparency" to the Russians... Now if only WE knew WTF is going on! LOL!
I am not so sure how good of an idea this was/is unless of course it was to say, "This is what were going to ram up your ass if you don't quit harboring fugatives". Outside of that, I think it was a bad idea to allow a potential war rival to inspect our missle silos.

Hey Rastus, when is the last time you ever looked on the under-side of ANYTHING you have owned or currently own to find the words "Made in Russia"?
I bet just like me the answer is NEVER!
So to imply the Russians could ever muster up enough talent to make such an inspection makes me laugh! Imagine making a living counting nuclear warheads? LOL... One might say such a job would be the "bomb" lol Or, one could say they have a "blast" counting nukes all day.
I got a guarantee ole' Putin can take to the bank,
