Stormy Daniels and her creepy porn lawyer ordered to pay Trump's legal fees
A judge has dismissed a defamation lawsuit brought by Stormy Daniels against President Trump, rules Daniels is liable for the president's attorney's fees. The amount will be determined at a later date.
Statement from Charles J. Harder, Esq. of Harder LLP, litigation counsel for President Donald J. Trump:
United States District Judge S. James Otero issued an order and ruling today dismissing Stormy Daniels' defamation lawsuit against President Trump. The ruling also states that the President is entitled to an award of his attorneys' fees against Stormy Daniels. A copy of the ruling is attached. No amount of spin or commentary by Stormy Daniels or her lawyer, Mr. Avenatti, can truthfully characterize today's ruling in any way other than total victory for President Trump and total defeat for Stormy Daniels. The amount of the award for President Trump's attorneys' fees will be determined at a later date.
The Report is Out and Its A Disaster For Michael Avenattis 2020 Run!
Creepy Porn Lawyer Michael Avenattis Presidential run may be over before it has even begun. According to a new CNN poll, Avennati has almost no support among Democrats.
Stormy Daniels lawyer, and the man who represented the woman who claimed Justice Kavanaugh operated a roving cartel of teenage gang rapists just had a brutal and humiliating reality check regarding his 2020 aspirations.
According to a new CNN poll, Michael Avenatti only received 1% support from his fellow Democrats on his bid for the White House.

Michael Avenatti might be a cable TV mainstay and talk of the town when it comes to 2020 buzz for the Democratic Party, but the polls show hes doesnt have much of a support base.
In the results of a CNN survey, conducted by SSRS, released Sunday, Avenatti has only 1 percent support of 464 Democrats and left-leaning independents who were asked to pick a candidate from a list of people who might challenge Trump in two years.
Avenatti has become a political force this year, not only representing porn star Stormy Daniels in her legal battle with Trump, but has also taken up Democrat-favored causes, such as representing illegal immigrant children separated from their parents at the border and a woman who accused Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct. He has also flirted with the idea of a 2020 run, hailed by some as a tough trash-talker who could go hand-to-hand with Trump in the rhetorical scrap.
Avenatti trails behind the likes of Vice President Joe Biden, who leads the poll with 33 percent of the vote, Sen. Bernie Sanders, and a smattering of other current and former officials.
The poll was conducted in a telephone survey from Oct. 3-7.
It is very rare that you see a court make the other side pay legal fees... Usually you only see this in the case of gross negligence or if you decide to try a case against an arbitrators advice deep into the preliminaries.
In this case, Stormy took money as part of a NDA, then turns around a sues Trump because she spilled the beans?
Free will is a bitch...
I can understand why Trump has called her a Horse face... This was a battle between Stormy and Trump, and this time Trump came out on top. There is nothing funny about being sued, or even suing someone.. It is a very personal process in of itself not to even mention all the publicity that went along with the case. Trump was within his rights to take a victory lap, but Trump has to remember its an election year and not everyone voting is used to locker room braggado.. Still, it is his election to lose and I am sure he is going to do it his way or the highway.
