The market looks on pace to shed another 500 points today!

Plus Nuffan has taken his marbles and gone home.

If this keeps up the GOP might want to think about running someone new against Trump for the primaries before its too late!

Out of curiosity, has there ever been a time where an incumbents party ran other people to replace their own in the election? Or is that something that has never happened?

It is getting more and more traction because let's face it, only the 99% pay interest! Getting free money is a rite of passage for the 1%, who by the way run everything in your life.

So pucker up and get ready to give into the demands of the 1% otherwise they will suck all the money out of the stock market and still get their negative interest rates for a few years before going bust, but because they are too big to fail we will have to bail them out with more of our money.

How are these facts in any way different? One says that it is what he has planned, the other says it has to be done. I don't see how that changes the ultimate fact that he is cutting them?

thats part of the problem........

most of you want to hear someone's 'OPINION' rather than read the facts.

everything i actually read says Trump does NOT intend to 'CUT' medicare/medicaid/SS....

he  does intend to revamp it!  cut the waste and abuse.  

i am hoping his intentions include cutting off the payments to illegals....

im on medicare.  i dont qualify for medicaid cuz i make $4 too much on SS.

i go to my doctor and my 'copay' is $35.  a young family, mom, dad, 2 kids...(boys) who 

look to be at least 16-18 (working age) walk in.  none speak english.  none work.....

their 'copay' per person.....$2.  they even get dental and vision care....i dont qualify.

i paid into the system for $50 years...............

YES......the whole system needs revamping!   in my 'thoughts' in 'my words'

BTW......

i forgot to mention.......

they all (the young family)...........they ALLLLL  had cell phones

How do you know such specifics about what these other people pay? Did they tell you? 

Sure you could have overheard them say something about co-pay, but how would you know about the dental and vision?

forced to retire after my second stroke and other health issues....

as i said........i worked and payed into the system for almost 50 years.

Sure, but to put it in terms a "Trump Supporter" would surly understand and relate to - it's highly probable you will cost us more than you put in, no? In that case, would that be a honorable situation?

Would you still feel proud if you were to consume hundreds of thousands more than you ever contributed? 

If I am not mistaken your Social Security was placed in the general ledger long ago, and thus folks in my age bracket don't look to social security as a reliable or solvent retirement option. 

I think you should be entitled to everything you were promised by the people who promised it to you. Odds are you will!

Okay with you that it bothers me that no such system may exist or be solvent by the time I get your age?
