How could a woman (Juli Briskman) who was fired for a "code of conduct policy", for being photographed flipping off the President, be elected to be on the County board of Supervisors?

I mean... the bar is being set pretty low here... Only in Virgina!

So I guess she went from working for a Government Contracting firm to Board of Supervisors for Loudoun County Virgina!
