Tim Cook running Apple and the USA into the ground!

Well I couldn't wait any longer to make this thread since I have been having some issues with Apple technology and some other internal issues that I think need to be pointed out!

For starters, Tim Cook has ALWAYS been a REALLY bad choice to lead Apple!

And here is why,

#1 There has been NO innovation from Apple since Tim Cook has taken over! Look at the iPhones and the Mac computers! Pretty much at their core, the same as always! In fact, under Tim Cook Apple has been late to the market with just about every improvement to the iPhone since Steve Jobs! Think about it, from wireless charging to face ID and countless other things! iPhone has been BEHIND the curve every since Tim Cook has taken over!

This is not just limited to the iPhone either! Recently I wanted to get a "smart" thermostat for my home... since I use an Apple PC and the iPhone I wanted to have an Apple thermostat! Do you think Apple makes thermostats like Google or Amazon? HELL NO! They sublet them to some other 3rd party! And everyone knows what happens to Apples 3rd party products once Apple gets around to rolling out their own! Yep, you guessed it! Obsoletion!

But it doesn't stop there! Most of their home connect hardware is also 3rd party! You mean to tell me that Apple can't even make their own devices? Or that Tim Cook is too busy wasting money on building a stupid headquarters that no doubt uses MASSIVE amounts of profit to maintain! So while we all suffer with late to the market technology, Tim Cook can at least live it up in Apple HQ? No... Tim Cook needs to go!

#2 Existing products, for example my new touch-pad that was well over $100 is garbage! The damn thing can't seem to tell the difference between one or two fingers and the bottom of my palm brushing over it! It's a complete joke that the logic on this unit is this bad! It's pretty simple stuff! And you would also think that buy also purchasing their near $200 keyboard that maybe it would cancel out any obvious brushes of your palm on the track pad while you are typing... but no, it does not! And it's very simple stuff too! I can't be the only one who has this issue!

I have also had problems managing the devices that I have owned... since my son and I have the same name the iPhone cannot differentiate between us, dispite us having two different numbers and devices! It's absolutly insane! It has caused so many problems in every single version of iPhone since I first started buying them for myself and the family! Apple claims it's all about security, but really it's all about Apple being able to sell your family stuff without you being involved...

#3 Nickle and dime... that is all that has happened under Tim Cook! This guy really thought it was a good idea to sell a $1000+ phone and not include a charger or cable! Not only that, they claimed that by not including said cable they were saving the world from pollution... but that's a big flipping joke! People still had to go out and buy them anyway! The only thing it did was ensure that Apple could make more money on items required to use the product they just sold you! It got so bad that the EU clamped down on Apple for this kind of BS and is requiring them to stick with standardized USB cords from now on if they want to sell their Apple phones in Europe! This is all because of Tim Cook trying to save a few bucks by not including a charging cable with recent iPhones!

And it does not stop there! The nickle and dime just keeps on going! From their Apple One subscription that was $19.99 for a family or five, to $22 starting next month!

What needs to be done at Apple is much like what was done at Twitter recently! Tim Cook needs to be fired and some people put in there that will demand more from the techs and designers! What we are getting right now is almost embarrassing considering what these products and devices COULD be... And I have complained until I was blue in the fact with Apple representatives, who might I add are allowed to be vindictive and un-helpful... in other words the customer service experence isn't the best in the market! Not even close!

For all these reason and many more that I have posted over the years, Tim Cook needs to go!

No, its just that dealing with them for 30 years has taught me that they feel their customers are an annoyance, on their way to the bank.

Typed in my iPhone 12.

NICE!

I'm still using the iPhone X (iPhone 10) and it's been chugging along pretty good... since I am mostly home-work bound I don't really need any new features, especially the trivial ones they are releasing now days.

Think I could probably hang on to the X for another 5 years if it makes it that long without being made obsolete by Apple... Really just use it for phone and text... sometimes a little toilet surfing too.

I'm not saying Apple is no good, but it sure could be better! I don't care for that Tim Cook guy, I think a lot of the reason we are not seeing any new emerging tech is because he lacks the skill to even suggest it... I don't see Tim Cook as the kind of guy who has much of a clue when it comes to Apple tech, more or less he probably gets handed a new device every few weeks pre-programed and has no real actual hands on with the product outside of what his people put in his hands... what I am saying is he probably has no clue what using Apple products day to day is like, because he is probably using devices that allow him a better command of the entire eco-system than any of us will ever see. I think that is pathetic, but clearly it's true or I wouldn't be on here complaining.

You would also think with that 30% Apple scalps from all it's app developers that we would see some of that money filter down into better features and products... but they must use that money to pay for up-keep on that monstrosity known as Apple HQ.

Well that's good Shawnee... apparently I must have pissed off the Cook-Sucker because Apple likes to screw with your password on shared devices... I mean it's not enough you pay for a device and the services such as the cell and internet, but I also pay for these cocksuckers APPLE ONE and just noticed that songs that I purchased are not playing because "This media can't be played in this region"... what should have been a seamless switch to my Apple TV is now 30 minutes of wasted time because of assholes like Tim Cook and his inability to even use, let alone quality control the stuff they are making and selling!

I think really the problem at Apple is Tim Cook... FIRE HIS STUPID ASS, let me in there for just a month and I'll have these spoiled rotten actors fired and replaced with people who REALLY use the product and work towards making not only the hardware, but the software better! It's a complete joke how this whole system works! FUCK TIM COOK and his thinking everyone has privacy! BITCH you get privacy when you buy your own device and pay your own bills! He is the worst kind of Cook-Sucker too, he's a miserable cook-sucker!

So I'll work around whatever bullshit they just pulled, but I'll still have to fix it later and the 30 minutes was wasted! Think perhaps Apple needs to be better regulated, or at least something that makes them as un-happy as they make their customers when their shit don't work as they were paid for.

Cook-Suckers, the LOT of them. Time to tear that walled garden down! They have gotten WAY OUT OF HAND!

It should also be worth noting that my Air-Drop feature has been worthless all day too... I mean simple shit like that!

I have also noticed that my Mac likes to connect itself to the furthest away node for WiFi... Since I have several Wi-Fi points it naturally want's to connect to the one next door... even though it knows there is another one just behind the wall that is getting full strength with all four bars! What is that? Is Apple just trying to subject me to as much radiation as possible?

It's really something that Apple will not fix these things! And there is so many more... I am just going to keep listing them!

I don't know why Apple has to be so vindictive and worthless... there really is no excuse for a company that waste so much money on it's headquarters! What the hell are they doing in there?

I swear to gawd! Every time I make one of these fire Tim-Cook threads it's never but a week before someone asks me to buy MORE Apple shit! Sometimes I even end up buying the stuff myself and I don't know why I do this! Perhaps it's instinctive... I can sense that I'm about to take an Apple shellacking, and preemptively lash out to blunt the impending butt packing my wallet is gonna feel.

My most recent Apple purchase was an Apple TV (replaced the one I gave to my Mom), a new expensive ass keyboard and a track pad (which miraculously started working better after an update pushed to my Mac shortly after this thread!)

Now it seems the woman is out there offering the kids new iPhones for Christmas! I'm like, BITCH! Do you know they are $1,500 each for a proper unit? That's $6000 + tax for everyone to get a new iPhone! To which she replies, "Oh, we don't need new ones, just the kids... we will be fine with the old ones"

confuse

*gasp*

Yeah... let me just rush to buy the kids, who are now all adults and moved out of the house before getting stuck helping with the home upgrades, BRAND NEW $1,500 phones while I just skimp by with low tech. Burning the candle at both ends to keep a balance of work and even more work at home fixing the place!

Bwahahahahahahaha!

Anyway... I guess I better start looking around for deals! LOL, women have a way of making you do really dumb shit... No wonder Tim Cook is gay!

Maybe Goldman Sachs will lift my limit to some ungodly amount and give me free finanicing for two years like Barclays did?

This sucks! NO MORE KIDS! They NEVER grow up!

Of all the low down things Apple does... get this Cook-Sucker out of there!

Apple restricts AirDrop file-sharing in China that protesters have used

https://www.foxbusiness.com/technology/apple-restricts-airdrop-file-sharing-china-protesters-used

The article claims that Apple plans to bring it State side soon as well!

We need someone with BALLS running Apple! This is getting to be bullshit!

I guess the silver lining is that Apple has been so poorly run that they don't even have any of the high end phones in stock until after Christmas!

So if you were thinking of gifting one this year, probably not going to happen on the high end Pro and Max versions.

Maybe next year, when Apple finds a REAL CEO!

Everyone in the USA knows the image that Apple and Tim Cook tries to push on all of it's customers...

But people are starting to take notice that in China, Apple is more than happy to use slave labor and allow China to use Apple to spy on it's people! Not only that, Apple even makes special accomidations for China to silence and censor all content the CCP deems unworthy!

I was just about to buy two iPhone 14 Pro-Plus 1GB units at just shy of $1,800 but Apple could not confirm I could pick them up!

They kept on offering pickup at a somewhat local store, but in-front of that they had a "delivery" date of Jan 5th!

Fuck them, and fuck that... they can suck a dick!

I'll just pack an envelope with $500 cash for the kids and they will be more than happy going another year with an iPhone X!

Better luck next time Tim Cook!

Just shocked at how much these new iPhones are selling for... $1,800 for the iPhone Pro-Max with 1TB memory (absolute top of the line model)...

Word on the street is that TSMC (Taiwan chip manufacture) is opening a plant here in the USA and Tim Cook has said they will be buying chips from them... I just don't understand why Apple doesn't have it's own chip factoruy, but I guess they spent that money on that fancy HQ and yearly upkeep...

Not sure how a Taiwan company making chips in the USA is considered USA made, but we see car manufatures doing this all the time such as Toyota and others... I still don't buy their cars because I know where that money goes, but unfortuantly now days everyone is using parts from other countries and some of our traditional car makers are even making them in other countries as well... Even Tesla has a plant in China! We keep having this buy USA campaign here but everything is now a global economy.

Welp... Tim Cook and Apple got me for another three iPhones... LOL

What can I say... they kids kept their iPhones damage free and handed in their old units in used but good condition. They were getting a little slow and I was getting down to my last 50GB of memory...

The transfer process was pretty much seamless between the X and the iPhone 14 Pro's... The cameras are so advanced a chock full of features I am having to relearn that part of the phone!

But otherwise, my 2017 iPhone X would have easily cranked out another two years... but you could tell it was going down hill fast after each upgraded OS... which obviously is just technology.

Mine is more or less a business expense, as I have to keep up to date hardware for the banking and credit card processing. It's also my main business line and has been since I got it.

But I'm on the hook for the kids phones... but my Apple Card is supposed to offer interest free payments; which even just being the lower storage Pro models, were still an arm and a leg! I'm not seeing the payments yet, I'll have to call them at Goldman Sachs soon... But it had to be done, and if I sell off the old phones I can defray some of the cost to make it more down to earth. This is why I have always told them that if they take care of their phones, I'd help upgrade them whenever I felt they were getting a little out-dated. So I have my Christmas shopping all done for this year!

I find it amazing that Apple was able to deliver to my door three iPhones in a matter of hours, but Elon Musk could not even verify my Twitter account going on +72 hours!

Sometimes I am a little hard on 'ole Tim Cook... but I think he is running a tight ship over there now that I have used the newer hardware. I'm sure in five or six years from now when I'm staring down the barrel of another upgrade cylcle I'll be bitching about whatever bugs I find in my now new, but then old iPhone 14 Pro-Max (Space Gray) with 1TB storage.

I'm only hard on Tim Cook and Apple because we got an image to maintain... it isn't easy! Where Apple fits into all that? Pretty much the palm of my hand!

I pay for a service I don't get either. I had Bulegrass cellular, signal anywhere! Verizon bought them out. Wifes wouldn't work at all, ever, even with service calls, no text, nothing. Mine works text, mostly but voice is fucked, I can't call out, I don't even get telemarketer calls. If I am out and near a tower or hot spot, least 10 miles away it may work. They all suk.

You pay a lot of $$$ for something that doesn't last or work well, that's for-sure...

The sales are indicative of the mind-control being instated, & man, is it successful...People are hooked better than the best drugs around...

I see the Wi-Fi industry like a petrol-bowser, that is continually ticking-over the $$$, non-stop...

* At least fuel gets you somewhere, from point A to B... This Wi-Fi just makes people brain-dead, & unable to think for themselves anymore imo.

And the *uckers force us to use these things...And happily pay for the non-sense...

Nothing more frustrating than paying a company for phone service and then having no, or poor quality service! This is why I left T-Mobile...

I'm getting fleeced for my monthly cell-phone bill... Still paying for all the kids too... what can I say, my wife likes to track them! But in a funny turn of events, upon giving my youngest son his new iPhone Pro he has decided to leave the family plan so we can no longer track him! He's such a little shit sometimes... I shouldn't act shocked, it's everything this new generation has instilled in him! Independence thru family support! LOL, although I can remember being his age at one time... Independence is a hard fought battle, and it don't stop when you turn 18 or 21... I think that is what perhaps allows me to overlook these many betrayals. And let's face it, as a customer of Apple and Twitter I'm very familar with what I consider to be betrayals... LOL

Worst part about Verizon I think is the customer service... whenever I call they want to push me into some automated system! You literally have to start cussing at the automated teller just to get a real human on the other end. I guess it's the arrogance that Verizon feels that a machine is going to better service my needs better than a real person... once in awhile I'll give the machine a chance to help, but like always it falls short... I've found a simple "fuck-off" will usually get a machine to transfer you to a real person in short order... after all, a computer can't really go fuck itself, now can it? LOL

Truth be told Rastus, I do like how smooth and fresh this new iPhone is... that's not to say that Apple hasn't slowed my old iPhone X down a bit to help in this department, but we all can agree were no longer toating around backpacks with our Motorola phones any more than we are using our Apple IIe and Commodore 64 computers to get online... This isn't brainwashing, although I would say techoligy is just as additcitve as drugs! But not as addictive as pussy, no that there is the REAL gateway drug... If I were to go back in my life and trace the sole factor in all the bad decisions I have made in my life it would trace back to seeking or keeping pussy... I guess the same could be said about the good things too, so it's not all bad.

Now that the newness has worn off, I'm still happy about the upgrade and I'm sure the kids will be able to do more, even faster - with their new devices. The wife decided to hold out another year since she does not use her phone too much... which means I might get the chance to get into a new 15 or 16 iPhone and hand mine down. Who knows, but I was impressed with the speed and ease in which Apple got me these devices! I didn't even have to leave my chair, except to accept them from the delivery service! I was impressed!

I don't think were being forced to use these things... I'll agree in some instances we are forced while using them, but the choice to not use them is still all ours... although they have all but killed the traditional land line here where I live. I feel this was a BAD MOVE and should not have been allowed... Had they just even maintained the lines around here I'd have kept mine! But they just let them go to trash, and now they don't even offer them anymore! It's nuts!

I will admit I'm looking at the bill and shaking my head... even if the company is picking up the cost of my device... I still have not rattled Goldman Sachs cage about my 0% financing but I imagine I'll be doing that soon... for whatever reason the week before Christmas I just don't feel like giving people a hard time in the service industry... even if they deserve it... maybe it has to do with the whole "Scrooged" movie/book...

I asked the kids, "Do you want $500 cash or a new iPhone Pro"... they said, "WE WANT THE PHONE"...

Thing is I wasn't sure if Tim Cook and Apple were going to be able to deliver... availability was spotty at first!

Then one morning I was able to get three units in the desired specifications and the rest as they would say was history!

Naturally if I was upgrading the kids phones, the company needed a new phone! LOL!

But seriously, my new iPhone has Satellite connectivity, 5G (which we were limited to 4G on the X) and also the new phone has the abilty to take wireless "tap to pay" payments... this includes any and all tap to pay cards, which most are now days!

I will admit that I have been addictied to technology for the better part of my life... I mean it's all relative! Hell, if you were talking to me 40 years ago I would have told you nothing was better than a Frogger wrist watch! LOL, and in five years time I'd have told you the Commodore 64 was the best computer on the planet! I don't deny I have always had a fascination with technology.

Yo,

I wouldn't ever do banking on-line...For a number or reasons...

1. I actually got hacked on my Master-Card debit card a few weeks ago. Some schmuck tried to rob me of $50:00 USD, but the card-people froze my card, e-mailing me that suspicious activity was detected. They then said they'd e-mail me when reactivated...They didn't, so I called them, & after 20-minutes of talking to someone in India(?), they're mailing me a new card, but I'll have to get through another 20+minute phone-call to reactivate it again...Bollox !

2. Going into a bank in-person ensures that people keep a job.

3. We do not want a cashless society ever, as that's the "elites" plan.

4. Should the "elite" get their way, & you cause trouble, one mouse-click & you're going to spent the rest of your life proving who-you-are, whilst trying to reclaim the money you once had, & the property you once owned.

5. We already exist in a Police state. Cameras everywhere, phones tapped, & internet spying.

Why make it worse ?

Yeah I had T mobile too, only worked in hot spots, even big cities. Trac fone works everywhere because they rent towers and get coverage. Bluegrass (started in KY) also rented towers and great coverage. When V bought them out they dropped all those towers, dropped the ins plan I had and cost the same. July 2021 I was in Seattle, 9th district court. Had a meeting with the DA and FBI on a sunday and had to call to get let in. From the front steps I couldn't call. I had to get on their wifi and somehow reached them. Coming back, Nash airport. Wife picking me up, calls wouldn't work! I have had other services by verizon before, LD, net and they worked well. Service was blah like you say.
