Watched the President's speech last night and I thought he did a great job! It's a shame Democrats had to carry on the way they did, but Trump did not let that bother him one single bit!
It's rare that a President has much to offer in terms of accomplishments with less than 60 days on the job, however Trump hit the ground running and had LOTS of accomplishments to speak of!
From securing the border, to getting men out of women's sports -- slashing Government bloat and cleaning house -- Trump has been BUSY and has wasted no time!
His speech was not only inspiring -- but it was well written and well spoken! The hour and forty minutes seem to just fly by!
The only downer was the Democrats who refused to applaud -- even on non-partisan issues. They all sat there just looking angry, and you could see a lot of these Democrats with their anger really have been the problem with our country! It was clear to me by looking at these Democrats -- many of whom seemed to be disgusted with the idea that America does not exist to cater to their homelands or religious ideologies, that they really have no business in politics at all and should be sent back to their respective countries to fix their problems there rather than bringing their problems to the USA. I have never seen a more angry and divisive bunch in my life! Even during a Democrat administration I have never seen Republicans act the way that Democrats did last night and it was disgusting.
Despite all that, Trump kept his head held high and directly engaged many of the Democrats all throughout his speech! Since it would appear that we cannot count on Democrats to come together for the better of OUR country -- I have serious concerns about Democrats ability to do anything but sabotage and create problems and division at every opportunity. That is what I took away from the Democrat side of the isle last night.

It was very good. I watch everything he does. That speech, press releases, press reporter.
Last 4 years of rallies he said the same things over and over at every rally. They were clues to what was and is going on. Very transparent admin. That's what the left hates. Dem admins cover up and hide everything. dems don't like that.
Not applauding DJ was pathetic but typical for adult children.
Yes I agree... the Democrat side looked like a pathetic bunch.
Many of them left during the speech but nobody noticed and the cameras didn't give them any platform for their tantrums... so they went online and posted on social media how they walked out! I got news for them, if nobody noticed they walked off and they had to go on social media to tell people -- that means nobody cared.
They wheeled Pelosi in there, even though she doesn't hold a government position anymore (outside of insider trading) just because they figured it would bother Trump... but it didn't.
