I watched 3pm to 10pm central yesterday. Started again today 3:30 pm. Some very good speakers. Trump spoke 2 hrs last night, I believe there is a closing speech tonight.
I was catching bits and pieces of it online and in the news. I don't really watch much TV anymore, I just sometimes watch movies I've purchased and whatever Brandee puts on at night to fall asleep to.
Doesn't matter much though, regardless how good the Democrats could ever impress me (and most often times they don't anyway) there is absolutely no way I could support their move to socialism.
Until they root that completely out of their ranks, there is no way I could support them... Electing socialist to me is worse than all their other positions I disagree with ie: killing babies, LBGTQ, ALL OF IT!
Socialism is an absolute non-starter for me! I'm shocked to even see what we are seeing today! I'm not rich, in fact after the beans are counted and the deductions subtracted I'm considered poor in terms of income!
It's been rough raising kids and helping to support them even past 18... one of my kids is in college and we're so "income poor" that he had to work his ass off to get scholarships to attend school, so we help any way we can...
My other son took four years to find himself in Texas but is now back and has been a REALLY BIG HELP after my hot water heater attacked me. I'm just glad that they are both living nearby in Michigan once again!
Where I'm going with all this is that even though I haven't become "income rich" yet, I'm not giving up that dream for socialism! Things can turn around, and I just look at what socialism has done to other countries and it reminds me a lot of Hollywood today!
That place, due to its politics and extreme intolerance to anything capitalism (even though the rich there thrive on it) is just a way to keep people down! The only reason they get away with it is because the weather is so nice, and it's naturally a beautiful state!
I say that in terms of climate, mountain views, oceanfront roads to cruise, and pretty much everything except its politics and the way they treat people with differing opinions.

I cut cable 8 years ago. Get news on X or some podcasters. One is in the pressroom about 2 years now. Utube, Gary Franchi "next news network", Barry Cunningham "Fanfare" is awesome so is Matt Morse "Morse TV" all on rumble to I think. Nino, Jaco so many truth tellers with proof and videos not made up shit like some of them, or all made up like MSM. Trump gave them the what for though, "get out" aka piss off fake liars.
