Under ObamaCare people STILL WON’T HAVE INSURANCE!

I have been a Republican every since Bill Clinton cheated on his wife Hillary prior to George Bush taking office. In that time we all learned of Clintons book cooking skills when the bubble popped and the corrections were made. I bring this up because I want people to understand that I was not into politics whatsoever prior to that. What I have mentioned above are things that have turned me off the Democratic party. I judge people and organizations by their actions and it is quite clear to me that Democrats are more than willing to eat their own when it best suits their own personal agenda. Having said all that, here are some things that REALLY bother me about ObamaCare and the sham they have cast upon the nation.

Under ObamaCare people still wont have insurance!

While it is true that the health care reform bill contains a great deal of change for the health care industry here are some things that I feel were outright lies.

The health care bill that was signed into law by President Obama does not EXTEND anything; rather it REQUIRES that people buy something (health insurance) regardless how they may feel. If they refuse, they must pay a fine. This my friends is not only unconstitutional, its flat out WRONG!  The government should NEVER be allowed to force a product or service upon its citizens.

What many un-informed people dont realize is that many whom can not afford health care will still be unable to afford it when this flawed healthcare bill takes full effect in 2014. I find it highly coincidental that Obama has elected to hold off until AFTER his re-election campaign. What this suggests is we are all in for a big shock, one that would most likely cost Obama his chances for re-election.

I would imagine there are going to be many whom will be shocked when they visit the Drs office only to find that they still DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE. I think the pitch that was made by the Obama Administration to Extend coverage to 35 million Americans was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Had any other company in the USA made these claims they would have been shut down by the FTC. ObamaCare does not Extend anything but a FINE should you not have/purchase health insurance. Furthermore I seriously doubt there will be any significant decrease in premiums that would enable someone to pay for health insurance if they could not afford health insurance prior to the signing of this healthcare bill. To put it in terms all can understand, If you couldnt afford health insurance before, you most likely wont be able to afford it now, or even after 2014. Given the fact that insurance companies can no longer exclude people with pre-existing conditions there is a good chance rates will increase. Also important to understand is the fact that people who get Forced to purchase something will usually abuse it on principal alone. I dare to say that using the term Forced is inaccurate and should really be considered Extortion. I say this because you either buy health insurance or else.

There are also some other things that are seriously flawed. Obama and the Democrats want to act like this plan will end medical bankruptcy when in fact many people are going to learn the hard way that not buying insurance will still mean YOU DONT HAVE INSURANCE. You could have paid your fine for not having insurance and the very next day become seriously ill requiring a hospital visit that will likely bankrupt the many whom could not afford to buy or maintain on time payments to their health insurance provider. These people will learn the HARD WAY that ObamaCare was in fact a bunch of smoke and mirrors as they march down to the local federal building to file for bankruptcy for outstanding medical bills. While they may be able to return to a normal life after going bankrupt on these medical bills, I am willing to bet you will NOT be able to go bankrupt on the fines that are imposed for choosing NOT to have insurance. The bottom line here is that Obama and the Democrats sold this bill on the premise that it would eliminate medical bankruptcy.

There is another issue that will affect young adults whom are 18-28 years old. These young adults whom may maintain good health and be very cautious could rack up $10,000+ in fines by the time they turn 28 should they decide not to purchase health insurance. They might students going to school with limited means for which to purchase and pay on time a monthly health insurance plan. The bottom line here is that I would not be surprised if we see in 2020 younger generations going bankrupt due to the FINES this plan will charge, rather than any actual medical bills!  Think about that.

We also know how well government bureaucracies are run. Usually when dealing with any kind of government worker you will almost always be greeted with a holier than now attitude problem and be swamped with confusing paperwork. Also important to realize is that often times the people who need insurance the most will frequently change addresses and telephone numbers, almost certainly leading to these people going without coverage. You can also count on people simply not wanting to deal with the aggravation that comes with dealing with a government bureaucracy. Lets face it, people whom work for government run bureaucracies are often times rude, and unpleasant to deal with. If you treat them the same way they treat you it is likely you would be hung up on, or simply delayed. I place no confidence in this flawed health care plan whatsoever.

How does everyone feel about their hard earned money being spent to kill off a fetus just because the mother doesnt wish to be bothered with the responsibility of spreading her legs? How does everyone feel about killing off a fetus because some mother sold herself to someone who may have no idea hes a father? How does everyone feel about the women who will abort several times a year just because she can, and most certainly will when its paid for by other people? What does that say about us?

Additionally we have another issue which will simply not be recognized until this bill has been implemented. The things that I have mentioned above are FACTS and they WILL happen, however we can speculate with some certainly that the onslaught of new people with health insurance will lead to a more risky lifestyle for many. It can also be speculated that more people will be visiting doctors offices and emergency room, if only just to use the service they are being forced to purchase. I mean who is not going to try and maximize the money they are spending for a required and forced health care plan? Under this new plan many doctors claim they will see serious pay cuts, which may have them considering a different job. Lets face it, doctors are exposed to sick people and have a very high personal risk associated with their day to day job. Would YOU want to be a doctor helping a patient who has a seriously contagious virus whom makes more than you working in a bar or restaurant? I would think not and to day doctors should work from the heart and not for personal gain is ridiculous. They may be willing to help anywhere they can, but make no mistake when their lifestyle becomes that of going in debt, and being unable to support their family they will find another profession and take care of their own sooner or later.

We can also speculate that many people classified with Pre-existing conditions include large amount of health care abusers. People with drug seeking behavior, folks whom do not wish to work and would rather complain of illness to collect free money from the government and the worst of all, people whom smoke 3 packs of cigarettes, consume large amounts of narcotics and alcohol and engage in unprotected or promiscuous sexual relations. All of these people love milking the system and many of them have become quite good at it. For them dealing with government bureaucracies has become their full time job!

The speculation that scares me the most is going to the hospital and having them hide behind government bureaucracy in an effort to save money at my healths expense. Could you imagine having been in a serious accident and being told as you were bleeding out on the hospital ER admitting room that due to government regulation they could not treat you because someone failed to properly file your paperwork? Or that you could not be seen because you owed fine money to the IRS for not having insurance?

Folks, I think we are not driving the right points to the American people. I feel that simply allowing this law to transcend on the American people over time as a way to make them realize it was a mistake is not acceptable. We have the obligation to run this up the Democrats collective asses right NOW. We have an obligation to bring truth to all of the lies and hold accountable the people responsible for their efforts in deceiving Americans. This is serious! We need to act NOW and we need to bring light to the many people whom are still in the dark about what this flawed healthcare plan REALLY means to them.

Respectfully,

SELLC

John McCain Cheated on his wife.  Besides... Blow jobs are better than no jobs.

In that time we all learned of Clintons book cooking skills when the bubble popped and the corrections were made.

Bush inherritted Clinton's 5 Trillion Dollar surplus and squandered it on wars and tax cuts for millionares.

I bring this up because I want people to understand that I was not into politics whatsoever prior to that. What I have mentioned above are things that have turned me off the Democratic party. 32 Million more will as projected by the nonpartisan CBO

While it is true that the health care reform bill contains a great deal of change for the health care industry here are some things that I feel were outright lies.

Part of the bill is subsidies to help people pay for coverage.  Since all of us are already paying through our taxes for low income people to use the ER as their primary care provider, this will actually save all of us money.

As I said, a sliding scale of subsidies will be provide to people based on their income to make quality health insurance affordable to anyone who wants it.

The original House Bill would have added 38 Million, but the Senate bill that became the actual law is projected to add 32 million.

ObamaCare does not Extend anything but a FINE should you not have/purchase health insurance. Furthermore I seriously doubt there will be any significant decrease in premiums that would enable someone to pay for health insurance if they could not afford health insurance prior to the signing of this healthcare bill. I'm being forced to pay for wars I didn't want any part of.  Our constitution gives Congress the exclusive right to impose any tax policy they wish so long as your congressional district has a representitave in congress.   People who actually went to law school and study the Constitution will tell you as much.  Just because you don't agree with something doesn't make it unconstitutional.

There are also some other things that are seriously flawed. Obama and the Democrats want to act like this plan will end medical bankruptcy when in fact many people are going to learn the hard way that not buying insurance will still mean YOU DONT HAVE INSURANCE.

Ya don't say?  The good thing is the 800 bucks we collect annually from these people will help ofset taxpayer costs when they visit the ER.

Not eliminate, but significantly reduce.  If you think the new law will cause the bodies to pile up in the streets, you should see the fatality statistics due to lack of insurance under the current status quo.

There is another issue that will affect young adults whom are 18-28 years old. These young adults whom may maintain good health and be very cautious could rack up $10,000+ in fines by the time they turn 28 should they decide not to purchase health insurance. Part of the plan allows students to stay on their parents plan until age 26 which is a needed improvement.  As far as racking up 10 grand in fines, they would have to fail to file taxes for more than 10 years.  If this happens, they have much bigger problems than just their health insurance compliance taxes.

We also know how well government bureaucracies are run. Usually when dealing with any kind of government worker you will almost always be greeted with a holier than now attitude problem and be swamped with confusing paperwork.

But the unregulated insurance company bureauracies dont do that?????

Also important to realize is that often times the people who need insurance the most will frequently change addresses and telephone numbers, almost certainly leading to these people going without coverage.

Oh my gosh, I bet they can't even update their car insurance info either.

You can also count on people simply not wanting to deal with the aggravation that comes with dealing with a government bureaucracy. Lets face it, people whom work for government run bureaucracies are often times rude, and unpleasant to deal with.

But right wing grease monkeys who pretend to be professional mechanics and troll around public web forums for info on how to fix cars are always pleasant and polite people with great people skills and good manners.

If you treat them the same way they treat you it is likely you would be hung up on, or simply delayed. I place no confidence in this flawed health care plan whatsoever.

Then keep your current provider.

Aw suck it up.  There are fates worse than death,  I challenge you to show me where in this bill does the Federal government provide money for abortion anyway.

Additionally we have another issue which will simply not be recognized until this bill has been implemented. The things that I have mentioned above are FACTS and they WILL happen, however we can speculate with some certainly that the onslaught of new people with health insurance will lead to a more risky lifestyle for many. Doctors do quite well, and will continue to thank you very much.  No one forced them in to their profession.

OOOOH Yeah,  Makes me want to quit my job so I can collect wellfare.

They aren't going to check your taxes before treating you Rex, stop it with the paranoia will you?

The same was said when Social Security and Medicare were invented.  Guess what - Armageddon didn't happen... Asteroids didn't rain fire on us, the Earth didn't open up and swallow up major cities.  All that happened is America made a little progress toward catching up with the rest of the industrialized world.

John McCain was not the President of the United States, nor was he in a Government office making a mockery of our institution like Clinton. The two don't even compare. McCain's infedelity didnt cost tax payers millons of dollars in trials. Many will agree that Clintons actions are what distracted Americans allowing the planning for 911 to happen.

Clintons 5 trillion surplus was a result of cooked books, that is why we have so many people upside down in their homes. It's called a correction PowerStroker.

The CBO speculates. Where was the CBO when Americans were borrowing more for their homes than they were worth?

What would a Democrat know about saving money? I think you will find the only thing sliding in the next few years is Democrat infulence.

You are not being forced to pay for wars PowerStroker. You could quit your job, give back your home and live off the fat of the land if you felt so strongly about it. Of course we all know you arent that good, and you rely on other people to survive.

At least with the un-regulated Free Market I can choose NOT to buy their product should the quality of service not be up to my standards. Not the case with ObamaCare.

Usually people who are changing their address and moving freeqently that qualify as poor enough for Government programs dont own a car, so why would they be buying car insurance? Unless ACORN has been lying about all that money they got for transporting all these poor people to the polls.

This right wing grease monkey is not running for public office and has a right to his opinion. This right wing grease monkey soon learned that just because a forum or person specializes in something does not nessisarily mean they know what the hell they are doing. This right wing grease monkey ended up having to answer his own questions and even shared the answers with the people who could not provide them.

People are sucking it up. The next abortion that is paid for by the people will be in November when we abort the ignorant Democrats from office.

Social Security and Medicare are on the brink of going broke. Why do you think the Democrats rushed to put another healthcare plan in effect? I'd be willing to say it was to save face and get more money for their prior errors in judgement.
