So when Bush takes a giant shit on the Constitution with the Patriot Act it's ok, but when Obama wants to protect Americans from terrorists its bad?

Honestly, I agree with the judge on this one, but still, you have to admit you'd be calling Obama "soft on terror" if he didnt ask for this.

Looks like even the extreme left [i.e. PowerStroker] wing of the party (democrat version of the Tea Party) is angry with Obama. So he's getting squeezed from all sides -- moderate and extreme left Dems, Republicans, Libertarians, Independents.

No Rex, I said I agree with the judge on this one - which means I'm in favor of due process. I went on to say that had Obama not tried to obtain this power (that I disagree with) that you would accuse him of being soft on terror.
