Pulling a page from the Leftist handbook, those wanting to invade America have filed a federal lawsuit against President Trump and others.

Talk about an invasion rife with Leftism! And they havent even illegally registered to vote. Or have they?

 

Heres another question for you?

Think ANY country in Africa has this problem? Central America? The Middle East?

I suspect nobody is suing to get into those countries.

The lawsuit was filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on behalf of the migrants by Nexus Services.

 

So Libre by Nexus, owned by Nexus Services charges migrants a reported $420 a month to wear the companys ankle bracelet while out on immigration bond. This subsidiary is reported to be under investigation by state and federal authorities, who accuse the company of preying on detained undocumented immigrants.

The suit is supposedly in retaliation of President Trumps recent statements securing the border. Thus, the suit seeks to prevent the Trump administration from a variety of actions the U.S. would take in deterring and detaining the invaders.

So, the suit seeks to bar the U.S. from housing invaders in tents or detention centers without bail, for example. Further, the suit seeks to enforce the Flores agreement with regard to the alleged children of the migrants.

Clearly this lawsuit is a last ditch effort on behalf of the invaders to find a loophole to get them into America.

Because President Trump has made it clear that NO invaders will enter sovereign U.S. territory.

With up to 15,000 U.S. troops headed to the border to bolster security, the U.S. will be more than prepared to deal with the invading hoard.

Interestingly, Democrats offer little blowback on President Trumps use of the military. One has to wonder why?

What was supposed to be the catalyst for Democrat enthusiasm at the polls has apparently fizzled. It appears that President Trump called the bluff of the Leftists who dare finance an invasion of America, and the Left blinked.

Now they shift their election hopes on the pre-existing conditions of Obamacare.

As for the lawsuit, I suggest the president issue an Executive Order whereby all Leftists must take in 10 illegal invaders for a period of no less than one year. That will give us plenty of time to get their paperwork in order and ship them back home.

The 10 Central Americans will be the sole responsibility of the Leftists who take them in, including health care, food, clothing, and so on.

If that were the case, this invasion would have never started. The good thing is these people will not get into the U.S. If their lawsuit proves anything, its that they would make fantastic Democrats. Suing to get something for nothing.

Anyway, these people have no standing to sue the US Government and I would look closely at any groups that are funding the attorneys who would do such a thing.

If Trump stops them from a chance to ask for asylum at the border, then Trump would be breaking the law. Every last one of them has a right to ask for asylum and have their case heard by a federal judge who will look at the evidence on a case by case basis and make individual decisions. Some may be allowed to stay, and some may be turned away, but they all have a right to a hearing.

And you feel we should all pay for that hearing? In the beginning the caravan started with just 190 people PowerStroker...

Now it is fast eclipsing 10,000! 

If Mexico wants to put these people up at their boarder for the months it is going to take to process them all then so be it... However there will be a line and there will be order! Their mentality that they can overwhelm our boarder like they did to Mexico will be met with our US military! Much like any of us would if we decided to riot. Their mentality that they can abuse our troops and boarder patrol by throwing stones and bottles will also not be tolerated, as they will be shot dead.

What do you see wrong with any of this PowerStroker?

You have to be kidding right? So you would rather see our troops and boarder patrol assaulted with rocks and bottles?

I would expect to be shot dead if I threw a rock or a bottle at a policeman, why should these people be an exception? And for what? Because they dont like how they are being treated at home?

Group is made up of people from 20 different countries. Try immigration the proper channels like everyone else does. Even the Mexicans here legal are against the caravan.

How can you say that's what is going to happen when they are still 40-50 days away from the border? And what is improper about asking for asylum at the border?

By chance is the fear you guys have about this related to the idea that your white vote will be diluted and therefore you will lose power?

I think people are more concerned about illegals taking cuts in line... It is really no different than cutting in line at an amusement park or anywhere else! 

Many of them can not even speak English! I got news for you PowerStroker, English is the language we use here in the USA. If you work in the USA you have to be able to understand and speak the native language and I have not seen one yet on TV that could speak fluent english.

To suggest someone coming here with no money and only what they can carry will not be a drag on our safety net is unrealistic! Some of them have small children that are in tow! Sad really, because they will have to find a new way home or camp out in Mexico for at least the next 5 years.

 Because Betos and Soros affiliated orgs (who knows whom else) are funding and BUSING them here faster. Mex police are stopping vehicles and forcing them to carry the migrants.

 That's the part really bugs me. Most immigrants did it legally, the proper way.

In CA there are 147 languages in school. Try English!

The minimum we pay these people is 4 times what a Vet or SSI person gets, that's just per person not counting 300,000 anchor babies a year.

You know they all have to urinate and take a crap! Could you imagine how they would overwhelm a gas stations bathrooms!? They probably litter, $hit and urinate everywhere and I am sure Mexicans are not happy about it.

But surely if they follow the Bush-founded NAFTA hwy in Mexico, they'll have plenty of Gas-stations & wash-rooms to use all the way up to Canada ?...
