Avenati arrested

BREAKING: Stormy Daniels Attorney Avenatti Arrested

Nov 14, 2018

This is a great way to kick off a run for POTUS in 2020

Stormy Daniels Attorney Michael Avenatti was arrested today after his estranged wife filed a felony domestic violence report. TMZ reports Avenattis wifes face was swollen and bruised. The alleged incident occurred yesterday but there was a confrontation Wednesday between the two at an exclusive apartment building in the Century City area of L.A. Its being reported that Avenattis wife ran out of the building and was on the sidewalk screaming on the phone, I cant believe you did this to me.

There is a history of accusation of abuse from Lisa Storei-Avenatti (see below)

TMZ REPORTS FURTHER CONFRONTATIONS TOOK PLACE:

THE CONFRONTATION STARTED WHEN Avenatti kicked her out of the apartment on Tuesday and thats when the problem started with domestic violence. On Wednesday, she went back to gather her things and called police to be there in case things got out of control.

Avenatti filed for divorce from his wife last year after being married for 7 years.

Were told Avenatti is currently in custody.

PREVIOUS COURT DOCUMENTS CLAIM ABUSE:

In court documents, however, Avenattis wife described him as emotionally abusive and lacking control over his anger sharply contrasting the image of himself he has presented to the public while representing Daniels in her legal battles against President Donald Trump.

Unless your name is Brett Kavanaugh, then of course you are just guilty without the luxury of things like trails, due process or even things like statutory limitations. At least to liberals like PowerStroker anyway.

I saw that Shawnee had posted this yesterday but was shocked it was not big news! Just seen the first mention of it on the MSM this morning and it does not look good for Avenati!

all women should be believed! Avenati

Wonder if he still feels that way or that was only for Kavanaugh

Anyone know the difference between Avenati and a catfish?

One is a scum sucking bottom feeder, the other is just a fish.

Exactly! Yet I do not see the day and night media coverage of Avenati, nor do I see anyone on the left even talking about it!

Proof is in the fact PowerStroker has only responded to this thread ONCE and that was to claim Avenati is innocent until proven guilty, all the while calling for Kavanaugh to be tarred and feathered without due process based solely on questionable and statutorily expired claims.

This liberal double standard that Democrats are pushing is beyond sick and reprehensible, it is downright criminal!

Avenati isn't a Supreme Court justice making decisions that will affect every person in this country for generations, so this isn't exactly apples and oranges here. And I was simply asking that Avenati be held to the same standard you prescribed for Kavanaugh. If anything I'm trying to avoid the double standard of which you speak.

Oh, so a persons position (JUdge vs Atty) determines how they should be charged under the law? Different?

Everyone is equal, remember?

No, in terms of being charged under the law everyone should be treated exactly equally.

But in terms of being vetted for a position, the process should be as thorough as the position is important.

You do not feel the statute of limitations applied in this instance PowerStroker?

Are you suggesting the courts should do away with the statutes of limitations PowerStroker?

Because I am pretty sure the job Kavanaugh was hired to do requires adherence to such a statute. Statute or not, if someone has enough legal might behind them they could explain away the statutes of limitations, take for example Bill Cosby.

I agree Kavanaugh can't be charged criminally due to the statue of limitations. There is no statute of limitations with regard to vetting for a promotion.

I think it is fair to say that we agree to disagree on this PowerStroker... I am just glad justice prevailed and these statutorily barred claims did not prevent Kavanaugh from getting on the bench. We will soon see what kind of Justice he will be. Recently a Trump appointed Judge ruled in favor of CNN and their guy Jim A. - what are your thoughts on that?

And in other on-topic related news I read yesterday that Avenati has been recently evicted from his law offices! Claims he owes somewhere in the range of $300k for back rent! Also Avenati is on the hook for over a million dollars to other attorneys!

Things are not looking good for Avenati! I would have to say he took advantage of Stormy Daniels as well, probably made her promises he couldnt keep just to get his 15 minutes of fame... I think Stormy should sue Avenati! Too many crooked lawyers like Avenati that lead their clients down the brim-road! And to think Avenati was a hero to the Liberals!

I'm actually still curious about exactly what you are hoping Kavanaugh will accomplish for you. I've asked several times but have yet to get an answer.

With regard to Avenati, I just don't know what's going on there. With regard to Jim Acosta, I think the judge ruled correctly and upheld the Constitutionally guaranteed freedom of the press. Granted not everyone who claims to be a reporter should be given a WH press pass (a lot of Shawnee's tabloids come to mind). But CNN certainly qualifies as a legitimate news organization with more than enough market share to be guaranteed a spot in the WH press core. Trump not liking a line of press questioning doesn't justify pulling credentials from a journalist, it makes him look petty and weak actually. Fox News was never kind to Obama, but at least Obama was man enough to take it.

Well lets just put it this way, currently we have 3 people on the Supreme Court who I feel arent qualified for the position.

Want to take any guess as to who they are?

Extra credit if you can correctly predict why.

Ginsburg, Sotamayor, Kagen right? I'm thinking you're ok with Breyer though, he has a penis after all.

Aren't "qualified" you say? In your mind what exactly qualifies one for such a position?
