Huawei and the 5G security risks they present.

So I been hearing a lot about Huawei in the media lately, things like the CEO's daughter being held over in Vancouver while the US works to extradite her and also things related to their 5G equipment which is supposed to be a serious risk to our security, privacy and even to our tech industry and economy. The company has gotten so bold that the CEO has gotten on TV and all but declared war on America - making crazy claims that they will just take over the rest of the world in the meantime. I for one think that is a great idea! Let these other nations risk their security and privacy! At what point does wireless data transfer start to cook us anyway? There is a lot of talk about the amazing speed differences that 5G offers, but honestly its just another progression of LTE, in fact it makes absolute sense that the progression of 5G will see a 6G,7G,8G and onward and upward.

In fact, Huawei best learn from the old Beta Max / VHS wars - which was that technology moves so fast that in two years your new technology could be rendered obsolete or outside of the "mainstream". This could easily happen to products being offered currently by Huawei - like their new $2,400 folding screen 5G phone they have released.

Then there is the fact that they are openly lying about not being controlled by Chinese Government. Everyone knows that is an outright lie, as Huawei only exist in China at the pleasure of the Government. It is not much of a stretch that China, with its history of IP theft and bootlegging, would absolutely take advantage of any company or Government to gain/steal or whatever necessary to cheat. There is no doubt in anyones mind that China is not to be trusted and the idea that most of our technology is mass produced over there is a serious risk to security, privacy and even our health if they ever decided to crank up the power to their towers! These are serious things that make me wonder if 5G is even worth it? I don't rely on self driving cars and I hope that isn't something that becomes more of the norm anyway. I do not want my refrigerator, stove, microwave, thermostat, washer, drier, AC unit, hot water heater and toaster oven sending back information to China or anyone else for that matter. I don't want my cell contract to increase because of the new 5G, whereas unlimited 4G is dog-$hit and we are back to a trend of paying by the mega, or giga bit..

I think the media is doing a very poor job of covering this.

Check out the Georgia guide stones...

5G is a military grade weapon. It makes sense that they want to fry our brains to reduce world population.

Yeah, no one wants to post conspiracy theories on things like science and technology because where is the fun in that right!?

No one wants to take the time to explain how in real technical terms the 5G bandwidth is approaching dangerous levels.

I did a thread where I tried to touch on the subject,

https://autotrend.activeboard.com/t40370449/how-often-does-your-cell-phone-broadcast-when-not-in-use/

I will give it a bump.

Huawei does make mobile phones however they seemed to have cornered the market in the 5G because they also sell the equipment to broadcast it. Lots of people have already purchased the stuff, but if its a security risk then they will just have to return it and Huawei will have to give them a refund? Not sure how that works because I am not a cell provider, but I am sure we will be hearing something soon as we are extraditing one of their executives from Vancouver. Must be pretty serious stuff they are, were and currently are up to. The CEO got on TV and said they were just going to take over the rest of the world - lol!

5G may well become the next beta-max..

I have learned that it's no longer a "what if" Huawei will steal data with their 5G equipment, it is a FACT that "they have" stolen data before!
