His Factual Criticism Of Reps. Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib
The left-leaning New York Times demoted their deputy Washington editor on Tuesday after the journalist ignited outrage over his factual remarks regarding Muslim Reps. Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar.
The high-ranking editor, Jonathan Weisman, received a viral tongue lashing from Democrats and his establishment media colleagues in July for simply noting on Twitter that Tlaib, a Palestinian, and Omar, a Somali immigrant, were not actually from the Midwest and that their colleague Rep. John Lewis is not a native of the Deep South, as they claim to be.
After Weismans factual observations were resoundingly repudiated by the Left as racist, the New York Times employee deleted the tweets.
Weisman, who joined The New York Times in 2012, faced a barrage of criticism again last week after he claimed on Twitter the Justice Democrats, a progressive group that was created in response to President Trumps election and held auditions for potential candidates to run on their platform, were supporting a candidate seeking to unseat an African-American Democrat, Joyce Beatty.
He failed to mention, however, that the challenger, Morgan Harper, is also black, which the Democrats predictably blew out of proportion in their attempt to further spew more faux outrage and falsely accuse Weisman, a Jewish man, of being a racist for simply daring to write facts about Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, who happen to be two of the most notorious Jew haters and racists in Congress.
Weismans colleague, Roxane Gay, an op-ed contributor for the New York Times, wrote a scathing editorial mocking Weismans response.
Weisman then demanded she issue an enormous apology.
In response, Gay said she was legitimately shocked by Weismanns request.
NYT executives were also outraged by Weismanns attempt to expose leftist corruption on social media, telling CNN they were alarmed at the behavior.
According to the New York Times, Weismann had repeatedly displayed poor judgement on social media and in responding to criticism. In a statement, the New York Times said, Were closely examining what to do about it.
The people in Washington work so hard. Weismanns tweets just take a way from all the hard work people have done.
As a consequence of his actions, he has been demoted and will no longer be overseeing the team that covers Congress or be active on social media, a NYT spokesperson told Politico. We dont typically discuss personnel matters, but were doing so in this instance with Jonathans knowledge.
Last month, Democrats in conjunction with the left-wing establishment media also resoundingly labeled President Donald Trump racist for criticizing Omar, Tlaib and freshman socialist Rep. Alexandria Cortezs constant anti-Semitic, anti-American rhetoric.
CNN is falling apart. They have had a terrible week and it is only Wednesday. First, Chris Cuomo loses his sh*t and threatens a heckler with bodily harm.
Next, we find out that Don Lemon is a bit of a pervert and is being sued for sexual assault.
Now we have April Ryan, a fierce critic of any attempts by Trump to not give full access to the press throwing out a reporter from her speech.
And in such a violent manner that the reporter will press charges against her bodyguard.
Charlie Kratovil, editor of New Brunswick Today, was covering Ryans speech in New Jersey when he was forcibly removed by her bodyguard.
During the intro, this man came up to me, mentioned my video camera & asked me Who are you with?' Kratovil wrote on Twitter.
I gave him my card & explained that I followed the proper channels to cover the event. I asked if he had a card & he responded by saying he was with the speaker.'
Kratovil alleged that Morris threatened to take down the camera if he himself didnt and the public relations team began pressuring Kratovil to stop recording all while, ironically, Payne was praising the American Urban Radio Networks reporter for her Freedom of the Press award she received.
Morris appears to approach Ryan as she was speaking at the podium and whispered something to her. She nods and then pauses for almost 30 seconds until Morris grabs Kratovils camera equipment and tripod and walks out of the ballroom.
Dont touch my camera, please. Put that down. Dont you dare. Put that down, sir, Kratovil told the bodyguard as he followed him out of the room.
As Kratovili and Morris begin causing a scene, Ryan explains to the crowd, When I speak, I dont have news covering my speech. Kratovil said another journalist was recording her speech.
The two men then enter the lobby, where Kratovil is berated by Shennell McCloud, executive director of Project Ready, the group that hosted the event. McCloud accuses Kratovil of interrupting the event and demands his removal from the hotel.
Security camera footage from the hotel lobby appears to show Morris forcibly pushing Kratovil toward the exit.
Once I got the camera back, I was concerned for my physical safety and I asked for hotel security. I was hoping they would maintain order and maybe document the theft of my camera and any damage that may have occurred to it as a result, Kratovil told Fox News. I was thinking, Wow, this guy is really crossing the line here. At the same time, I was trying not to fall down face first while also trying to protect the camera, and yelling for bystanders to call the police as this was happening.
Kratovil expressed his solidarity with Ryan, an outspoken critic of President Trump and his treatment of the press, but told Fox News that her reputation now depends on addressing what had happened and is hoping for an apology.
I think that the President deserves much criticism for his administrations lack of transparency, his own irresponsible rhetoric towards the media, and his childish attacks on individual reporters like Ms. Ryan, Kratovil said.
Her reputation now depends on finally addressing this situation head-on and proclaiming that what happened that night in New Brunswick cannot be tolerated.
At about 8:30pm, Rep. Payne took to the stage to introduce the keynote speaker, Ms. Ryan. During the intro, this man came up to me, mentioned my video camera & asked me Who are you with? I gave him my card & explained that I followed the proper channels to cover the event.

have to regroup, and shift resources and emphasis to take on a different story."
As York notes, in case it's unclear, Baquet later spells out that "one story" the
paper covered "truly well" for so long and how it was derailed:
Baquet:Chapter 1 of the story of Donald Trump, not only for our newsroom but, frankly, for our readers, was: Did Donald Trump have untoward relationships with the Russians, and was there obstruction of justice? That was a really hard story, by the way, lets not forget that. We set ourselves up to cover that story. Im going to say it. We won two Pulitzer Prizes covering that story. And I think we covered that story better than anybody else.
The day Bob Mueller walked off that witness stand, two things happened.
Our readers who want Donald Trump to go away suddenly thought,
Holy shit, Bob Mueller is not going to do it. And Donald Trump got a little
emboldened politically, I think. Because, you know, for obvious reasons.
And I think that the story changed. A lot of the stuff were talking about started to
emerge like six or seven weeks ago. Were a little tiny bit flat-footed. I mean,
thats what happens when a story looks a certain way for two years. Right?
After gliding over the hard reality that Mueller's exhaustive, two-year investigation found no substantive evidence of "collusion" after a two-year investigation, Baquet then laid out his "vision" for coverage of Trump for "the rest of the next two years": focus on racism and division.
Baquet: I think that weve got to change. I mean, the vision for coverage for the next two years is what I talked about earlier: How do we cover a guy who makes these kinds of remarks? How do we cover the worlds reaction to him? How do we do that while continuing to cover his policies? How do we cover America, thats become so divided by Donald Trump? How do we grapple with all the stuff you all are talking about? How do we write about race in a thoughtful way, something we havent done in a large way in a long time? That, to me, is the vision for coverage. You all are going to have to help us shape that vision. But I think thats what were going to have to do for the rest of the next two years.
More than a dozen people were arrested Saturday and six others were injured as left-wing anti-fascist demonstrators spent hours counter-protesting against a rally by far-right and extremist groups.
So what do you do when your key source on #Russiagate lied for years? Hire him, naturally. Someone should ask #Fredo why not just fund #McCabe's upcoming legal expenses & be spared the added embarrassment? #FakeNews#CNN; digging their own ratings grave. #MAGA#KAG#Trump2020

Just for gits and shiggles, I decided to try this...
I used Duck Duck Go as the search engine. I got some interesting articles, but where it got interesting is when I clicked on Images. Definitely, not what I expected.
So, I tried a couple more...
Jewish Baby Stroller, gave me images of a BBQ and a Smoker. WTF?
Europeans, gave me something else as well.
Definitely algorithmic shenanigans going on. I'm not liking this at all.
