I just saw this documentary by chance, & thought it well-worth posting up here, in this forum. It seems that we all owe a BIG thank-you to the late Mr.Henry Ford, for not only saving his own company once again in the early 1930's, but for leading the way in V-8 engine manufacturing, so that other manufacturers "had" to build their own V-8 engines at affordable prices, so that regular folks everywhere, can enjoy them too.
What makes this video really cool, is that you get to see how all the specialist-parts are made, from block-cores, machining of crank-shafts, balancing of piston & con-rods, to camshaft proofing, & everything in between.
Enjoy, & long live the great V-8 engine !!!
