I'm not opposed to incentivizing vaccination, but the purpose of the stimulus is to help people who are struggling right now. If we make them wait until a vaccine is available to them, they might well have already lost their house by then. Therefore, my preference would be give the extra $1400 right now, and make people eligible for a special tax credit once they have been vaccinated.
