You remind me of my mother. She recently told me that Biden gave 2 Billion dollars to Stacey Abrams. Within about 60 seconds I was able to research the rumor, and informed her that it was started by Trump saying it in a speech. But in actuality, what happened is there was an appropriations package that divided 2 Billion dollars among several charities. And that Stacey Abrams had previously served on the board of one of those charities, but had already left that position before any of that money showed up, and wouldn't by herself be able to direct its use anyway.

Hillary paid for political opposition research, this is something all well funded politicians do to gain info on their opponent. Had Christopher Steele been hired by a Republican primary opponent, they would have been given the same package of info. Hillary wanted and paid for as much truthful dirt that should get on her opponent, though some of it can't be verified, which is why it doesn't meet journalistic standards and no mainstream media company is ever going to say that they can confirm the pee pee tape exists...
